If an item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, becomes defective, or you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, we will gladly exchange, replace or refund the purchase price. Please understand that all items purchased on GPS Direct Online include - FREE Ground Shipping. In the event of a non-defective return we will credit the cost of the item less our actual shipping charges. In the case of a defective item to be returned or replaced, we will cover all the shipping costs including the original purchase price. Shipping:
Shipping is easy with us. All the items are 100% insured to your door. There are no hidden fees or additional charges outside of the total purchase price. All items to be shipped are factory sealed brand new and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. (Usually a 12 month warranty - see the manufacturer's Service Order Form for specific details.)

Delivery Time
Orders that are to be shipped to any of the 50 U.S. states will arrive at your shipping address within 1-7 business days of the shipping date. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered in calculating time for delivery.)

FREE Ground Shipping via UPS or FEDEX
Items that are shipped with these carriers will provide in home delivery at no additional charge. You will be notified with tracking information once the item has been picked up and is out for delivery. To provide the quickest delivery time we will ship some orders from outside facilities. This does not delay our ability to ship the item but on occasion will delay our ability to post tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order. Shipments to HI or AK may incur additional freight charges.

Expedited shipping options
Expedited shipping is only available on items that are shipped FEDEX. You may calculate the cost of faster shipping methods such as Next-Day AM, Next Day, Two-Day air delivery and Three-Day delivery on our website. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary. Saturday and Sunday and National Holidays may not be counted as shipping days. Only packages shipped Next-Day will be eligible for a Saturday delivery and will incur an additional charge. Please contact us for any special instructions or requests.

Return Policy:
All items to be shipped are factory sealed brand new and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. (Usually a 12 month warranty - see the manufacturer's Service Order Form for specific details.)

  • We will accept returned items due to manufacturer defect or damaged by shipping only.
  • Returns related to shipping damages must be made within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment.
  • Returns related to a manufacturer defect must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Returned products must be in new condition with all original factory packaging.
  • Missing accessories and damages to items from return shipping are subject to restocking & replacement fees.
  • All returns must include a RMA#. Please call (877) 477-6697 for your call RMA# authorization.
  • For warranty information and claims, refer to your warranty guide or owner's manual that will come with your equipment. Please feel free to ask about the different warranty policies for each manufacturer.
  • Orders that result in a return due to a change of mind or refusal, will incur the return shipping charges, and a 20% Re-stocking.

Non-Defective Item Returns:
If an item is to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date we will credit the cost of the item less our actual shipping charges. All items returned must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise additional charges may be applied.

You will need to contact us at (877) 477-6697 to request a Return Authorization Number. This number will insure that your account receives a timely refund. Please write this number on the shipping label only, not the actual package. Packages returned without a valid RA# will not be received and will be returned at the shippers expense.

Damaged or Defective Item Returns:
Our items are well packaged and are shipped in factory new condition. If the package arrives via freight damaged or even slightly damaged please note the damage when signing for the package. We recommend inspecting the contents of the package before signing and receiving the item. If the item is damaged inside we will need to be notified with 48 hours of delivery. Notifying us within a 48 hour time period ensures the ability for us to replace your product with no additional charges. If we are unable to replace the damaged part we will pick up the package and replace the entire unit at no additional charge. Please make sure not to discard any of the original packaging. All items must include their original packaging and parts for the item returned and for a credit to be issued.

Unauthorized Returns:
Orders that are placed incorrectly without prior notification for correction or result in a return due to a change of mind, refusal, size/color, which is at no fault of GPS Direct Online will incur both original ship to & return charges. In addition, if we cannot reuse the packaging for the shipped item, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
